ECLT Qualification

ECLT will calculate your max purchase price based on your household and specifications.

Home Search

You and DOORS certified realtor will look for a home that meets your needs and is within the max purchase price.

Offer Notice

Fill out an offer notice form for your dream home.

6:

Inspect and Appraise

If approved, you will have the home inspected and ECLT appraisal done.
ECLT will notify you of any repairs (you can use a portion of the funds for repair work).

7:

Closing

Schedule a 30-minute Land Lease Consultation, sign all required documents, close on your dream home, and start any repairs!
