APPLICATION PROCESS
How to become a CLT Homeowner
Below are the five steps a prospective homebuyer must take to apply for the program. Once fully-qualified, you may then engage in step 6 (selecting your CLT home). |
We recommend you review the entire section and follow all steps (in order) before paying the application fee. Once you pay the application fee, you will not be refunded the $25 application fee regardless of application completion status or qualification status. We cannot confirm eligibility until you complete the full application. |
Please speak to an ECLT staff member (via phone or email) if you are unsure about eligibility but want to start an application.
As an ECLT applicant, you will have 60 days to complete and submit your application online. If after that time you haven’t finished and submitted it, you will be automatically withdrawn from our system; the application fee is not refundable. You are welcome to reapply if you wish, but you will be required to pay an additional $25 application fee as this is considered a new application. |
